D.R. McCale III

D.R. has been in the Market Access space for over 15 years with a
special focus on:  Specialty drugs, rare and ultra-rare orphan
diseases, medical policy and governmental accounts. This has provided
him experience in primary care, but also in heavily managed categories
including:  Neurotoxins, Acromegaly, hemophilia, IVIG, ophthalmics and
others.  In his career, he has launched products focused on both
medical and pharmacy policy including at Akcea, his current company,
which is focused on new genetic technologies to solve critical
diseases in underserved populations.
