Janardan Prasad

Janardan is a technology entrepreneur with 18 years of experience; the last decade driving innovation at early stage startups. He is passionate about technology enabling collaboration and shared economy. In his previous startups, he built India’s first wave of transportation and food delivery aggregator platforms connecting millions of customers with thousands of riders.

After a successful exit in 2017, Janardan joined Lore IO as CBO with a mission to make data easy for everyone. In addition to his role as CBO, Janardan spearheaded Lore IO’s Life Sciences vertical to develop unique automation and AI technologies for emerging biopharma companies.

Prior to startup life, Janardan made significant contributions to mobile and data technologies in the electronic payments space. Janardan received his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is a dropout from MIT Sloan, Boston. He was also named by Fast Company as one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2015.
